The Business Transfer will not entail any material or perceptible changes to the business currently conducted by AVS-Yhti\u00f6t Oy and the business will continue to be conducted without disruption. AVS-Power Oy holds all relevant registrations and authorizations to continue conducting the business.<\/p>\n<p>You have purchased from AVS-Yhti\u00f6t Oy certain products and\/or services (jointly the <strong>Products<\/strong>). As a result of the Business Transfer, AVS-Yhti\u00f6t Oy will transfer this contractual relationship pursuant to which the Products are acquired by you, whereby all past, current and future rights and obligations pursuant to this contractual relationship are transferred to AVS-Power Oy.<\/p>\n<p>Except for the change of party with respect to the contractual relationship, all other provisions of the contractual relationship will remain unchanged. Invoicing regarding the Products will be, as of 1 March 2024, provided by AVS-Yhti\u00f6t Oy (trade name of AVS-Power Oy will be changed to AVS-Yhti\u00f6t Oy in connection with the Business Transfer) with Business ID <strong>0880158-2 <\/strong>(VAT No. FI08801582).
