Beijer Alma\u2019s subsidiary Beijer Tech<\/strong> has today, February 29th 2024, signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in AVS-Yhti\u00f6t Oy.<\/p>\n

This acquisition means that the company founded and succesfully built by perivious owner, Antero Parma, is transferred under Swedish ownership. AVS’s strong position in the Finnish pneumatics and valve markets gives Beijer Tech a strong basis for growth in Finland.<\/p>\n

Operations of AVS-Yhti\u00f6t continue normally after the acquisition.<\/p>\n
