AVS-Yhtiöt Oy and AVS-Power Oy merge together
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
AVS-Yhtiöt Oy (Business ID 0298042-8) intends to transfer its operational business relating to the importation, distribution and manufacturing of components for pneumatics, industrial valves and compressors to its wholly-owned subsidiary AVS-Power Oy (Business ID 0880158-2) in a business transfer, the consummation of which is contemplated to take place on 1 March 2024 (the Business Transfer). The Business Transfer will not entail any material or perceptible changes to the business currently conducted by AVS-Yhtiöt Oy and the business will continue to be conducted without disruption. AVS-Power Oy holds all relevant registrations and authorizations to continue conducting the business.
You have purchased from AVS-Yhtiöt Oy certain products and/or services (jointly the Products). As a result of the Business Transfer, AVS-Yhtiöt Oy will transfer this contractual relationship pursuant to which the Products are acquired by you, whereby all past, current and future rights and obligations pursuant to this contractual relationship are transferred to AVS-Power Oy.
Except for the change of party with respect to the contractual relationship, all other provisions of the contractual relationship will remain unchanged. Invoicing regarding the Products will be, as of 1 March 2024, provided by AVS-Yhtiöt Oy (trade name of AVS-Power Oy will be changed to AVS-Yhtiöt Oy in connection with the Business Transfer) with Business ID 0880158-2 (VAT No. FI08801582). All payments for the Products shall be made with the following account details as of 1 March 2024:
