Camozzi launches new Industry 4.0 ready -products
Camozzi’s new business unit, Camozzi Digital, supports its customers’ growth and development by offering comprehensive IIoT-solutions which include all necessary steps from establishing of required measuring parameters to the selection of platforms, production of software and installation of equipment. The company also utilizes Camozzi group’s knowledge of different industrial sectors and manufacturing of components.
To support its IIot-solutions Camozzi is launching new intelligent components which send digital data from the measured processes as well as their own condition. The first Industry 4.0 ready -products are the D-series valve island and the PRE-series proportional pressure regulator. Both these items utilise COILVISION-technology which sends information about the determined parameters, such as power, operating hours, temperature and short circuit, to the cloud for further analyses.
Data transmission for the new DRCS drive for stepper motors can be implemented both through USB-connection and WLAN BL-BLE -connection. The device utilises NFC (Near Field Communication) -technology which allows the monitoring of the drive’s usage. Series DRCS drives are equipped with serial protocols CANopen CiA 301 and CiA 402 through which it is possible to perform motion control and condition monitoring of the drive.
